Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Examiner of Trade Marks & GI:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised university or institution. - Deputy Director (Examination Reforms):
Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in Humanities, Science, Law, Management, or a related discipline from a recognised university, along with relevant experience as prescribed in the notification.
Age Limit
- Examiner of Trade Marks & GI:
- General/EWS: Up to 30 years
- OBC: Up to 33 years
- SC/ST: Up to 35 years
- PwBD: As per Government of India norms
- Deputy Director (Examination Reforms):
- OBC: Up to 43 years
- SC: Up to 45 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules.
